8. Address user questions, aggregate and prioritize user feedback, and plan and implement system enhancements based on personal expertise, user feedback, and organizational goals;

9. Identify system problems, develop fixes, ensure complete quality assurance testing, and implement solutions;

10. Document and train staff on system best practices and processes;

11. Research, review, recommend, and implement new or replacement systems, features, and updates to support our ecosystem and company operations better.

5. Bachelor’s degree; and

6. Ability to pass a required background check.
