What Are the Responsibilities of a Remote Graphics Design job?                                                                   

 1. Create visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency such as thumbnails that can be used for YouTube videos, Instagram, and members portal content.

2. To Create Facebook ads/social media images that are on brand and stop people in their tracks and to be able to create an image that best represents a headline or topic of the ad.

3. Utilize brand guidelines and provide examples or templates to maintain our established aesthetic.

4. Turn Google Docs and drawings into captivating PDF documents and fillable PDF worksheets.

5. Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

6. Interpret complex ideas and concepts, translating them into clear, compelling visuals.

7. Further design opportunities may arise such as:

. Workbook layout and creation.

. Book designs (internal and covers).

. PDF designs.

. Printed materials for workshops (ie. handouts, etc…).

. Banners for websites and social media.

What Are The Qualifications Required For A Remote Graphic Design Job?

1. Proficient English language skills

2. Several years of experience in graphic design.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important to work well with team members and clients.

5. Detail-oriented, a “hawk-like” ability to spot errors, typos, and other details.

What Are The Basic Salary Of A Remote Graphic Design Job?

The base salary of a remote graphic designer ranges from different zone to another. The list below defines the geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise you on the range and benefits of your specific location.
Moreover, EA has listed the base salary ranges in good faith and expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

Base Salary Ranges

1. California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

º $113,300 – $171,700 USD Annually
2. New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):

º $111,500 – $171,700 USD Annually
3. Jersey City, NJ :

º $126,700 – $171,700 USD Annually
4. Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

º $111,500 – $144,000 USD Annually
5. Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

º $111,500 – $157,300 USD Annually
6. British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $93,700 – $143,700 CAN Annually.
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

In the US, their package offers benefits including First paid time off (3 weeks per year to start). Secondly, 80 hours per year of sick time, and 16 paid company holidays per year. Thirdly, 10 weeks of paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance. Finally, 401(k) to regular full-time employees.

Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, their package offers benefits including the first vacation (3 weeks per year to start).
